This great place offers salads, raps (haha, wraps), and flatbreads made to order in a real pizza oven. The namesake Paddleboard Power Salad is packed with goodies like fried onions, kale, spinach, cranberries, blueberries, strawberries, feta, and powered up with a light poppyseed dressing. Fresh fresh fresh. Beverages include housemade tea and iced coffees. Oh yea, fresh squeezed lemonade. beverages in the cooler case are health juices, water, and Tampa's own kombucha, Flower Crown. Gotta love a place that buys local, and serves local. The name STANDUP refers to the standup paddleboard decor, not to STAND UP to eat. ACCESSIBILITY: Menus are large light letters on black background, perfect readability. Background noise is minimal. Wheel chair accessible entry with a medium weight door, all accessible inside with large area meeting 5ft by 5ft standard in restroom. free parking, including Wheel chair spots.

This place was great!! Staff were super friendly and the food was excellent! Perfect if you are looking for a healthy filling lunch while also with someone who only wants pizza! The pizza was surprisingly fantastic!

We stayed in Tampa Westshore for two days upon arrival in Florida, and Fruitwood is just across the street from our hotel. We had a great time with the fruitwood fired freshly made flatbread, as well as the wraps and juice selections. The staff here are also super friendly. They definitely make you feel at home.

Wow!!! Love the concept of this place! All the food is high quality, super fresh, and designed with your health in mind. The Buffalo Rap is amazing, as well as the Hawaiian Longboard Flatbread. The biggest surprise was their fresh lemonade. It comes out looking like iced tea, and when we thought we may have ordered the incorrect item, come to find out that they sweeten their lemonade with apples, so there is no added sugar. Genius! It's super tart, and the apple adds some natural sugar! It was sooooo good! They are dog friendly and also offer a little putting green out front. Perfect spot for a healthier lunch option or quick dinner out! Plenty of free parking, and they also offer a punch card to work on getting free stuff!

I will be returning to this establishment. The food was great and the staff were super friendly. I’m so glad they opened this new location in Westshore. My flatbread was so fresh and my wife loved her salad. We will be back for sure.

Ordered the chicken Cesar wrap - very tasty and fresh but definitely could have used more protein .. probably only 3 pieces of chicken in my whole wrap. Also for the price should come with a drink.. bag of chips..something else would be nice! But very nice atmosphere and tasted great.

Walked in here on my last day of my trip and was pleasantly surprised to find such a great spot directly across the street. I tried the buffalo rap and the Florida’s style shrimp salad and they were banging. Highly recommend. Also if you are a coffee consumer definitely get a cold brew here!

This place is absolutely amazing. It offers a healthier option without sacrificing flavor— everything is delicious. The Buffalo Wrap is a must-try, and the Corby’s Fantasy Champion flatbread was perfect for my five-year old. A definite must visit restaurant in the Tampa area. Also, the atmosphere is very cool. Love the surfer vibe.
